The hot spring bath was the best part of my Easter break! The water was so soothing and the temperature just right. The staff was also very friendly and polite which created a welcoming atmosphere. The size of the room was impressive and allowed for lounging and relaxation. I found the breakfast buffet to be quite filling and enjoyable.
I found the location of the hotel to be a bit inconvenient. It was quite a walk from the train station and there were not many restaurants or shops nearby.

The value for money at this hotel is impressive. With spacious rooms, comfortable king-sized beds, and basic amenities, it offers great quality at an affordable price. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail is evident in the large ceiling and wall-to-wall carpet, creating a cozy and luxurious atmosphere. The location is also a major advantage, with easy access to the nearest bus or train station.
The hotel's elevator could benefit from improvement in terms of size and speed.

The breakfast was delicious and included unlimited drinks. the staff were friendly and always had a smile. the hotel had a great location within walking distance of the train station and other local attractions. Plus, there were two complementary items that really sweetened the deal!
The elevators and lobby area could use some improvement. the lifts were quite busy during peak hours and the lobby wasn't very well-lit.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Yilan and had a fantastic experience. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly, available 24/7 for any assistance we needed. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a king size bed that was absolutely amazing. The amenities were great, including a large flat-screen TV with a good selection of cable shows. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room nice and cool. The highlight of our stay was the spacious hot tub and bathroom, which easily accommodated two people. We loved that the bathroom had a window and a door that could be closed, so the steam from the hot tub didn't affect the rest of the room. The hotel's location was convenient, with restaurants nearby. We also appreciated the unlimited free bottled water provided in the lobby and the complimentary bottles in our room. Despite being on the top floor, the room was incredibly quiet, and we couldn't hear any noise from other rooms or construction outside. The room had useful amenities like a refrigerator and coffee maker, and the closet was of good size. The curtains did a great job of blocking out sunlight, and the room had free toothbrushes and other essential items. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Yilan, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
